When you join me at a FREE CLINIC, you’ll have the opportunity to experience walking with demo KeenFit walking poles. After a brief demonstration, you’ll actually feel the amazing benefits of pole walking. Best of all, they’re easy to use, portable and adjustable to your height. The poles come in a choice of five colors with multiple tips for the beach, road or off-road terrain.

Clinics are limited to 10-12 people so that I can give you my personal attention and clear instructions to each guest. However, arrangements can certainly be made to work with larger groups.

If you would prefer, gather a group of friends or co-workers and I’ll teach pole walking with you in your neighborhood, workplace or club in Northeast Florida. I am also available to lead pole walking groups. It is fun….it is easy….it is effective!!!
