Keenfit offers a Lifetime Warranty on the outer-pole-shafts & our locking–mechanisms along with a limited one-year warranty on all other parts excluding the rubber feet and carbide tips.
The warranty is void if the product shows any sign of misuse or abuse.
All warranties and returns must be phoned in to be authorized and approved by Keenfit.

Keenfit will issue a full credit for returns that have been phoned-in for authorization & approval to be returned to Keenfit.
- Returns must be phoned in for approval within 30 days of date of purchase.
- Returns must first be authorized over the phone by Keenfit.
- Returns that arrive unauthorized – will NOT be accepted.
- All original packaging, accessories & instructions must accompany the Poles.
- Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to have the Poles shipped back to Keenfit.
