1. Palm-strap for stability and relaxed grip position.

  • Keenfit Walking Poles are designed to help relax the grip of your hand while you control & handle your Poles - transferring the pressure you put on your Poles through the palm/heal of your hand.
  • Ergonomically the palm-straps allow you to relax the grip of your hand on the Pole handle itself while you push-down or pull-back on your Poles
  • The Velcro on the-straps makes them easy to adjust for any size hand.
  • The palms of the palm-straps are padded with special breathable nylon
  • Can be easily washed with mild-soap.
  • For those with arthritis or carpal tunnel this palm-strap not only supports the hand correctly but it allows your grip to open & relax.

  • Keenfit’s strap-cord allows you to customize the position of your hand against the Pole handle – to help ensure safety, comfort & control while using your Poles.

3. Cork-mix handle ergonomic comfort that wicks moisture

  • Keenfit’s Pole handle’s cork-mix blend is designed to keep your grip cooler in the summer & warmer in the winter
  • Comfort is assured with the handle’s shape that helps you relax your hand along with its no grooves or nubs that help prevent blisters.
  • Can be easily washed with mild-soap.

4. Top-section Pole-shaft, light-weight and sturdy

  • Keenfit’s Pole-shaft is made of light-weight aluminum-alloy so that they are easy to lift & control - yet strong enough to support your weight as you push yourself forward off the ground.
  • Each Pole weighs 0.6lbs / 275g with Road-foot on.

5. Reflective marker for low-light visibility safety

  • Keenfit’s Poles all have safety reflector tape – wrapped around the bottom of the top-section of each Pole

Trail Feet

Trail-feet are made of durable, shock-absorbent rubber
They attach to the bottom of your Poles over your carbide-tips
Designed for looser, less compact terrain – like gravel, rock or sand
The Trail Foot helps you to grip more rugged surfaces on a variety of different trails
They can also be worn with the Pole Basket - to help prevent your Poles from sinking into deeper, soft loose surfaces.

Road Feet

Road-feet are made of soft yet durable tough rubber.
They attach to the bottom of your Poles over your carbide-tips.
Perfect for hard-surfaces like pavement, roads & sidewalks - adding extra shock-absorbency.
These feet help you grab solid-surfaces so you can confidently support &/or propel yourself forward.
They can also be used on softer more loose terrain by simply facing the point of the toe forward instead of back. For more details see ‘How to set your Poles’

Carbide Tip

Carbide-tips are made of carbide-steel & are great for off-road, more rugged terrain.
They are built onto the bottom of your Poles & are designed to be used on their own or to hold the Pole Baskets or either the Road or Trail Feet.
The strong hard tips help you to dig into anything from ice & hard-rock to uneven softer trails.
Used with the Pole Baskets they prevent your Poles from sinking into the deeper, loose surfaces.
The carbide-tips are not recommended for walking on roads...If the noise doesn’t get you - the vibration up each arm is sure to!

Pole Basket

Pole Baskets are made of tough durable plastic & designed for use on sand / snow &/or deep grassy trails
The 2” / 5.5cm disk easily screws on approximately 3”up from carbidetip at the bottom of your Pole.
Pole Baskets help prevent your Poles from sinking into deep, looser ground – found on beaches or trails.
