I thoroughly enjoyed your newsletter. Read it all through and watched all the videos.

Yesterday I tried out my new purple Walking Poles and felt the difference. It felt like a real workout.

A little challenging when I had to put my dog Bingo on the retractable leash, but we managed. He usually walks me, you know.
So many smells and he is such a curious Shiatsu.
