What is Pole Walking?

Pole Walking is a rhythmically, energizing form of walking that includes using a specially designed pair of walking poles that helps you (with less effort) incorporate your entire body rather than just your lower body.

It basically turns a simple walk around the block into an efficient, effective, aerobic total-body workout.

My childhood was full of heart and soul and not a moment went by when I was not living.

Downhill racing and skiing made the difference in my life and brought me to a state of being free.

Today as a municipal leader, I lost my balance in my wellness life, then was introduced to Walking poles.

My husband and I have become aquainted in conversation and are maintaining our health and wellness together.

Outcome for me is my spirit is alive in skiing and on dryland a survival memory of strength and joy reborn.

Our field of intention can manifest anything, I am skiing again!!!
