Why Adjustable Walking Poles?

Guarantee a Custom-fit that is Just Right for YOU

We recommend Telescopic Adjustable Walking Poles for convenience & custom comfort.

If your Walking Poles are too high, you’ll find the poles hard to control which in turn can easily wear the pole feet out. If the Walking Poles are too low you will tend to lean too far forward and put unwanted stress on your lower back.

Although some Walking Pole manufacturers sell fixed-length-poles or use height-charts at Keenfit we feel that no-two body-types are alike…

To guarantee a custom-fit that is just right for you – Adjustable Walking Poles work best.

As well the ease and convenience of being able to adjust your Walking Poles will help you to AVOID personal injury and ensure that you get the most out of your Pole Walking workout. As well, Keenfit Walking Poles retract easily so you can take them with you!

The 2-piece and/or 3-piece Telescopic Adjustable Poles give you the ability to set your poles to fit your body-type and height just right…

Ensure that your Poles are set at the correct height for your body-type:

Karin Improves her Health & her Dog’s Remarkably

Hi, I just wanted to let you know how the Poles have changed my life.

I am a female, 55, have osteoarthritis, an old untreated groin tear (all rather painful), chronic tailbone pain, knee pain etc. Still I have tried to be active, go for short walks with my dog and a cane, and I am waiting now for total hip replacement.

About 3 yrs. ago I had seen the Poles, but couldn’t afford it. So I tried old ski poles and enjoyed it occasionally.

I have been on anti-inflammatories, tylenol 3, antidepressants, chiropractor etc. In short:
my life has been a mess, a very stressful separation, no energy and pain.

About 1 month ago I purchased your Poles, but couldn’t figure out what to do with my dog and his leash.

So …………… I loop his retractable leash through the handles, wear my new walking shoes with orthodics, and off I go.

I am fortunate enough to live very close to a lake and hiking trail, and for the last
4 weeks I have built up my walks to 2 x daily, approx. 1 km each. I am finally able to have a rather decent stride in my right hip, walk upright again, and feel fantastic (and so does my old dog).

I haven’t had any pills whatsoever in the last 2 weeks, and sleep between 7 and
8 hours. The Poles are in my car, I use them instead of my cane if I have to go to the mall etc.

They have been a GODSEND.

Thank you!
Sincerely, Karin
