Let Go of Anger

Buddhist Monk, Thich Nhat Hanh, in O Magazine describes anger like a storm that rises for our consciousness. When we feel it coming it is best to focus on our breath. To breathe deeply & ground our thoughts. To then look at the person we may be upset with & how they are more than likely also unhappy & suffering. See how their perceptions are misguided. See how unattractive & harmful saying unkind things can be. See how you do not want to be like that – feel the motivation & desire to say & do good – helping both you the person suffer less. Breathe  compassionate energy  into your heart – exhale & let go of the anger!
