Walking Poles Reduce Impact on Knees, Hips, Back & can leave you Less Winded

I am a 79 year old gal…In 2001 I had a hip replacement. Then a year ago I had to have my right knee replaced which left me in bad shape. I was hobbling along with the assistance of a cane and feeling quite depressed when I picked up a magazine with Keenfit Walking Poles advertised and how they took the pressure off knees and back.
