Pole Walking helps with Polymyalgia, Asthma & Reduces Medication!

I started Pole Walking 18 months ago, when Cher started classes in Vernon Multiplex. We walk with friends for 3 hours a week, at Polson Park, or at the Multi-Plex depending on the weather. We all love it and have felt better for it. I am especially pleased as I am no longer on prednisone that I have had to take for the past 8+ years for polymyalgia. It has also helped my asthma and raised my energy level. I recommend it for anyone who can walk. Try it and see!!!
