In a study done at the University of British Columbia, older women who exercised aerobically had noticeably better memories – recalling more words & items in tests – than other women who had done only weights, floor exercises or didn’t exercise.

A study at the National Health Institute in Taiwan involving over 400,000 people found that – by taking just 15 minutes each day to exercise – you can get an extra 3years of life! Interestingly enough for those who added 30minutes of exercise daily they added on average of 4 more years than a couch potato!
