Can I exercise while I’m sick?

Glow Beauty & Health Magazine says it depends on your symptoms – if your sneezing, coughing & running nose are mainly in your head then it is generally safe. It’s advised to best cut back your intensity by 50% for your first 10 minutes & then check in & see how you feel – if it’s ok, then carry on. But if it isn’t – then of course stop – rest up until you are feeling a little better. If your symptoms are below your head, like chest congestion, muscle aches & a fever – relax & take a break from your regular exercise routine.
