First time without Pain to Knees or Feet

I have just bought a set of your Walking Poles and I walked for the first time without pain to my knees or feet. I have plantar fasciitis in both feet and arthritis in my knees. A number of years ago I had orthoscopic surgery on my left knee and it still bothers me.

I can’t believe that I was able to climb our very hilly street (up Shetler and then Sandberg) without stopping once. I walked from Sandberg Rd. in Westbank to Wild Horse Drive on my first walk and thought I would need a ride home, but I felt so good that I made the return trip myself. It took me 20 minutes both ways. By the way I am 67. Thank You
